Come in — the wine's pouring and the mountains are calling.

There's something about the high desert that makes a good vine come alive. At Jory Winery, we let the land do the talking — one bottle at a time.

25+ Years of
Craft

Born from red dirt,
built on patience.

Jory Winery didn't start in a boardroom — it started on a hillside above Santa Fe, where the air is thin, the sun hangs low, and the soil tells a story millions of years in the making.

Our founders saw something in that high desert landscape: grapes that would struggle, yes, but struggle in the most delicious way. Every bottle carries the character of this place — the big diurnal temperature swings, the mineral-rich earth, the sky so wide it makes you feel small in the best possible way.

Estate-Grown

Every grape in our wines comes from our own vineyards, hand-tended at altitude.

Small-Batch Crafted

We make what we can care for — no rushed vintages, no shortcuts.

Community Rooted

Neighbors first, always. We host, we share, and we show up.

From our vines to
your glass.

Each vintage is a conversation between our high desert terroir and the hands that tend it. Here's what the land has given us this season.

Kind words from
our guests.

We stumbled upon Jory on a road trip and ended up staying four hours. The wines are extraordinary for the region, but it's the people and the setting that make it unforgettable. Already planning our return.

The Tempranillo is hands down one of the best wines I've had anywhere in the Southwest. You can taste the altitude in every sip. The tasting room staff made us feel like family from the moment we walked in.

Brought our out-of-state friends here and it was the highlight of the trip. The High Desert Rosé is a masterpiece, and watching the sunset over the mountains with a glass in hand? Priceless.

the wine is cold,
and there's room for one more.
